Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The 15-minute beauty-tech consultation is free with no obligation to buy. You will get a written summary of our recommendations by email.
Are your skincare devices safe for sensitive skin?
Many are, but it depends on the device and your skin. We ask about sensitivities during your consult and recommend options suited to you. If you have a medical skin condition, check with your dermatologist first.
Do you deliver across Saudi Arabia?
Yes, we deliver across the Kingdom. Major cities usually receive orders within 1 to 3 business days.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
It covers manufacturing defects on all Raneem appliances. We arrange pickup, repair or replacement directly and can lend you a device while yours is being serviced.
Can I return a device if it does not suit me?
You can return unused items in original packaging within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, opened personal care items are covered by the warranty only.
Do you supply salons and spas?
Yes. Our salon and business supply service offers volume pricing, staff training and priority service. Send us a message for a quote.
